Silvia has joined KHT IN March 2022 as Fundraising Manager. She previously worked for Lepra as Community and Corporate Fundraiser and has had other previous experiences with Italian charities, as Fundraising Manager and Educator.
She worked two years as Program Manager in Myanmar, in the rural area of Shan State, taking care of the agriculture and disability programmes, dealing with many different communities, including the Karen, living at the border between Myanmar and Thailand.
